I was workign as a banquet waitress at a hotel and we had to debone an entire steamed fish in front of our table of guests, leaving the whole fish intact but the skeleton removed. when I finished, the whole fish was in smithereens, like..porridge. argh.<br /><br />anyway love the lamb, sounds gorgeous.
